 Our Family Business Story

 Our journey in healthcare began in 2005.

I started working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a skilled nursing facility. Over time, I gained experience working as a home health CNA and later in a hospital setting. Those early years shaped my passion for providing safe, respectful, and high-quality care.

Driven to expand my knowledge and better serve patients, I returned to school and earned my Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, working as a home health nurse. A few years later, I continued my education and obtained my Registered Nurse (RN) license. Today, I proudly serve as a Registered Nurse at a local hospital in Madison.

Our partner brings equally valuable experience as a Respiratory Therapist, having worked in healthcare facilities providing respiratory care services. In addition, they have experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and have worked as a special needs nurse, delivering specialized and compassionate care to vulnerable populations.

Together, our leadership team understands healthcare from every level — CNA, LPN, RN, Respiratory Therapy, developmental disability care, hospital care, and home health services.
